With reference to Sir Henry Blake's desp
No340 of the 30th of August itst i have the ho- nour to inform you that Mr R.C.Dixon has been
certified to be permanently incapacitated from further service as Govt Marine Surveyor and
haps accordingly been called upon to retire
from the service of Hong Kong at the expir- ation of his leave of absence, the 31st prox.
I enclose copies of two letters from Major Ron.
